REFUND POLICY
Please inspect your order upon receipt and let us know straight away if an item is damaged, defective or you have received the wrong item.
We hope you will be thrilled to receive your Soap Bothy order, we try to package your order with great care but in the unhappy event that an item has arrived damaged or an item is missing or the wrong item has been sent in error, please let us know as soon as you receive your order or within 3 working days of receiving your order.If would be helpful if you could email us a photo of any item which is incorrect or damaged - We will be more than happy to provide a replacement or offer a refund, please let us know what your preference would be.
Refunds will be processed within 1 day where possible; a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment used.
Replacement items will be sent out 1st class within 1-3 working days, subject to availability of the product at the time.If a delay is likely due to a lack of available stock; we will notify you immediately with an estimated despatch time and check that you are happy to wait to receive your item.
